I entered the code as instructed to unlock my Orange phone - got a "Phone unrestricted message. The inserted O2 SIM and a box appeared asking me to insert restriction code. So it appears to be still locked.
Can anyone help please?

It would appear several locks are in place - if you used code 5, you want to try codes 7, 1 and perhaps 2.
